Lawrence Slade, M.D. is a graduate of Davidson College
and the Duke University School of Medicine. He trained in general
surgery at both Duke University and in the United States Army.
His plastic surgery residency was performed at Walter Reed Army
Medical Center where he remained on the teaching staff for two
years following completion of his residency program.
Dr. Slade is a published author of scientific articles in plastic
surgery journals and is co-author of a textbook on the treatment
of burns. Dr. Slade is on staff at both Halifax Medical Center
in Daytona Beach and Florida Hospital in Ormond Beach.
